To be eligible for a bid, coaches MUST fill out a bid declaration form at the team registration table on the day they compete.
Teams can defer their bid one season (to 2025) and make the following changes:
1. Can adjust their age up one level (cannot change division) ● Example: A team receiving a bid as a youth 2 can use the bid the following season as a youth 2 or junior 2. They can not move up to a junior or down to a mini 2. ● Can add or remove athletes as long as teams remain the same size division. ● Example: teams receiving a bid with 5-22 would be considered a small division. Teams can add or remove athletes, as long as they stay within 5-22 athletes on the team
Canadian teams may compete in IASF or the Open Championship Series divisions at the Allstar World Championship. Please follow the link for the OCS Age grid.
Four at large bids will be awarded to the highest scoring teams in the following manner: ● At Large #1 - Highest score in combined U16 / U18 / Open Divisions ● At Large #2 - Highest score in the combined U12 / U8 Divisions ● At Large #3 – Next highest scoring team from all age groupings ● At Large #4 – Next highest scoring team from all age groupings
