 Team Registration Cancelation Policy: 

1. No refunds or Credit will be provided when roster changes are made after the Early Bird Deadline has passed. 
2. There will be no refunds for withdrawal of Individuals/duos/quads. Substitutions may be permitted at no additional cost.
3. Refund will not be issued for any team that does not show up for their scheduled team check in 
4. Below is the breakdown refunds issued subject to date:

              1. Written withdrawal request up to 4 weeks prior to the event: 90%
              2. Written withdrawal request up to 3 weeks prior to the event: 65%
              3. Written withdrawal request up to 2 weeks prior to the event: 40%
              4. Written withdrawal request within the last 2 weeks: No refunds

Spectator Ticket Cancelation Policy:

1. All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
